Eligibility
This Christmas Appreciation Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to those that reside within our delivery areas of the Greater Toronto Area (Aurora, Bradford, Etobicoke, Keswick, Markham, Mississauga, Newmarket, Nobleton, North York, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Stouffville, Toronto, Vaughan) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Entry Period
This Sweepstake begins October 11th, 2024 at 12:01AM and ends December 24th, 2024 11:59PM.
How to Enter
1. During the Entry Period, all purchases of $100 or over will receive one (1) Sweepstakes ticket for every increment of $100 spent. A physical ticket will be issued.
2. Mail in information, including: Full Name, Address, Email or Telephone Number, through REGISTERED MAIL to 3089 Bathurst St, Toronto, ON, M6A 2A4.
Limitations on Entries
No limits for how many tickets can be received through purchases.
For mail-in entry, only one (1) ticket will be issued per address. Those who attempt multiple entries or falsifies information will be disqualified.
Prizes
Grand Prize: One (1) prize of a Quarter Pound of weed, chosen by Village Greens.
Second Prize: TBD
Third Prize: TBD
Drawing
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period by one of our staff members.
Winner will be contacted by phone within seventy-two (72) hours after selection, as well as winning ticket information being posted on our website. Prize will be delivered within fourty-eight (48) hours after that.
If the winner cannot be reached after five (5) tries within two (2) days, and if no one contacts us, then the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be randomly drawn.
We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who may have violated the rules, gained an unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status by fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, the prize will be awarded to whom the telephone number/email belongs to (a phone call or email confirmation may be necessary)

The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
General Terms
By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules.
You agree to release, discharge and hold affiliates, employees, agents and other associated to the Sweepstakes against any or all claims, losses, injuries, or damages resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes, or from the Grand Prize.
Winner’s Name
The winner’s name will be available ten (10) days after the prize have been claimed. To receive the name of the winner, where permitted by law, please contact info@villagegreens.ca.
